Now certified "Walk Leaders" Elizabeth Sparks and Kacie Alexander bring amazing indoor aerobic walking programs to St. Charles County in a group "live" setting.  Take advantage of the energetic music with accountability, enthusiasm, friends, camaraderie, and support of a group Walk Live, Zumba, Yoga, Kung Fu, and Children's Fitness Classes!! You can enjoy these aerobic and cardio class sessions regardless of what the weather is like and without joining a gym.
 
This unique indoor walking program  and other group fitness classes are specifically designed to help you:

There is no competition, no fancy moves you have to learn, and no one telling you what is best for you.  Whether you take a Walk Live class or a Zumba class... these are simple, safe, and extremely effective programs that are grounded in either the 4 basic steps (Walk Live) or sassy dance steps (Zumba) and you decide what is right for you at any given time throughout the workout.   Although, these classes are not to be confused with a stroll around the block.  Be prepared to put your muscles in motion, increase stamina, and HAVE FUN!  The pace of the music keeps you moving and the multi muscle movements keep it interesting and put all major muscles in motion to give you the benefits of aerobic activity.   Whether you are new to exercise, getting back in motion, looking for an alternative to hot or rainy weather, or just ready for something different, these classes are for you.
