Pilates on the Move was created to provide clients the opportunity for accommodating, affordable and adaptive Pilates instruction to develop life long wellness thru Pilates. Core strength is definitely the key to Pilates but as you start your journey and gain a better understanding of the pilates Method you will find it will enhance your balance, postural alignment, deep muscle discovery and usage, and SOO much more. Our clients are able to receive ongoing, quality Pilates instruction on their time schedule and at their comfort level.
